Bought 6 months ago and really like how compact this printer is. Only recommendation is that stores that sell this product be aware that this printer requires the replacement of a maintenance box - which is not sold in stores - had to buy online - and had no knowledge of what it was. Store reps said it was the ink box when I brought it in to show them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Simple install. Already errors

The installation process went smoothly however upon setup completion the printer immediately stated an error "install a replacement cartridge instead of the initial cartridge." These were cartridges sent with the printer from the seller. My wife needed to have this running ASAP to print in hospitals. Disappointed that this error will not clear after reseating cartridges.

Chews up paper and tested it before going to the field. When I needed it the drivers didn't work right and skipped sections of the page. Ended up using another printer.
