Didn't work right out of the box.

the very first time I used the printer, I had multiple paper jams. I could not run more than one or two sheets of paper at a time. That's absolutely worthless when I have 50 to 75 to print. This is the worst printer ever!as a portable printer I expected to have some issues, but this is ridiculous! Sadly I cannot return it anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Astonishingly Bad Printer

This would be a great printer - good print quality, small, wireless, rechargeable - if it worked regularly. Ink cartridges are preposterously expensive and don’t last long, which would be a problem if the printer worked long enough to use up the ink. The printer has constant error message, most often that the ridiculously expensive ink cartridges are “not recognized.” Please, do not buy this printer. Don’t even think about buying it.

Yellow Won't Print - Piece of JUNK

I've tried everything that I can and I cannot get yellow print. I've had this printer for several years and it gave me problems right away. I wish I returned it since it was so overpriced. I would never recommend this printer to anyone.

Excellent portable printer for small on-the-go jobs

I purchased this printer over ten years ago as, at the time, I needed a good, compact printer to use while we travel in our r.v. The printer hooked up flawlessly to my laptop and now with my Samsung tablets. I sat it aside for about five years and the inkjets clogged up and it wouldn't print, even with new cartridges and numerous jet cleaning cycles. I finally used some denatured alcohol and a syringe to place a "bubble" of alcohol on top of each jet opening where the cartridges connect to the jet system. I let the alcohol sit for about five minutes and voila, it prints again. It's a nice, compact printer but not really designed for large scale print jobs. It works well for our travel use when I need to print out seveal pages of documents, general information, instructions, etc. It works well for us.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I did a lot of research before purchasing this printer.
I love it! No cons, all pros.
I travel Monday thru Friday and stay in a hotel. This printer is light and does everything that it says it does. I am trying to find a caring case for it.
You will not be sorry for buying this mobile printer.

Epson WF-100

This printer is lightweight and very user friendly. The only problem I had was it was shipped to me a day prior to my trip. I had to upload everything when I arrived to my destination. After a hour of troubleshooting I decided to purchase another printer/usb cable. This was the culprit that was causing me the problems. After the new USB cable my printer worked like a dream. My suggestion would be to conduct a quality check on all the products prior to installation. I am a satisfied customer and my friends are going to buy one as soon as we return.

I had an issue with the printer it wouldn't wake up out of sleep mode. Epson replaced it immediately. It works great for iPad or I phone printing!! Nice unit.
