I tried a Defender on my S4. Everyone I talked to could hear themselves echoing back. Otter said try a another case it shouldn't be doing that. I received the replacement. it still Echos back at people. Nice looking secure case but it irritates everyone I talk to. I will have to give up the defender for something else.

Every time I buy a otter box defender the inner shell is always feels and sounds brittle. if I squeeze my phone you can hear a cracking sound. The screen protector is very venerable

I had problems with my otterbox and called the company and they sent me a new one. Still having issues and they sent me another brand new case and clip. I love it and would buy one anytime again.

If it wasn't for the warranty that they provided me to replace my broken case It would not of been a happy customer. But they did replace the complete case.

I love the actual case. With newer phone getting bigger in size, the belt clip is more essential now than ever. This is where the quality lacks. The clip on the top of the case that holds the phone locked in place, is average at best. I think if this needs some attention for future models. Customer service, hands down, is second to none! I experienced a little longer wait than I would have liked to speak with someone, but I have to admit, it was worth the wait. Over all, I would give my total experience a 99 out of 100!
