Great durability! I ride horse with my phone in my pocket it falls out all the time, not one scratch!
After about 1 month the camo started to fade, now almost all of the case is white. Also, when I put it in my jean pocket the blue rubs into the outer sides, and now it has blue dots on the sides.
The lock and volume buttons are so hard to push.
I do not use this case anymore, as it looks very bad but, the first month I was happy with it.

As a member of the Empathic / HSP community. We have discussed Otterbox on Facebook as the only way not to kill you phone. It buffers strong electrical currants that come from HSP'S during a heated conversation. Before I starting protecting my phone with otterbox. If I got upset on the phone business or personal , the phone Glass would shatter or fry the electrical components. I cut out screen saver too thick. I use a very high end material. That is the only way to improve the case

I bought an Otter box over a year ago in hopes to protect my brand new Galaxy S4. Needless to say it's done a great job and lasted through the beatings I've thrown at it, and up until this July when one of the snaps broke off, took them very well. However like every plastic product out there, if you take it apart too many times, something is bound to break, so I hold no grudge. I called the Otter box customer service number, filled out a warranty form and BAM, no hassle, no arguing, they sent me another case. That is what I call customer service, because what company idea is better than "If you bought the product and had a legitimate problem with it, we have no problem replacing it".

Had issue with originally purchased Otter Box. Contacted Customer Service, and they very quickly resolved the issue by sending me a new one after I meant their request for more information & picture. Replacement works correctly. Not used to companies that have such great customer service.
The Otter box is great. Can't tell ya how many times I have dropped the phone, and of course there is not a scratch, dent or crack on the phone itself.

Overall I think this is a great case for the money. I've had an otter box case before but I was not as pleased with it as I am with this one. It seems like they have made improvements and make a pretty great case. It can let dirt in under the screen protector that the case comes with. You can easily make calls too.

This is my favorite OtterBox so far, with a nice slim profile so my phone doesn't seem huge! After about 10 months the screen was all scratched up, but I was able to send it back and receive a brand new case! Just like that no hassle!! The outer shell of my new case had a little flaw on the button that turns the screen on and off (it didn't fit quite right) and I am sure that I could have asked for a new one, but since my old outer case was still in good shape I just swapped them. I would absolutely purchase this again! Thanks OtterBox!
