I love this case for its protection, I have dropped my phone multiple times without any damage at all. The look and feel is great too, not bulky at all. Unfortunately, every time I take the case apart the plastic tabs on the screen protector portion snap. The plastic tabs are very thin and weak and break too easily. Otterbox has been great about it and always send me a replacement case, but I am on my third case.
Pros: High quality
Cons: Not durable

Your warranty service is unbelievable! I have only owned this product for 2 months. Within the first month, I noticed some scratches on the screen. Even though I had some difficulties taking and sending pictures,{no fault of yours}, once I was able to do so, you sent me a new one within a few days. I have noticed that the access for the charger port seems to be quite loose, but is still in place at this time. The bulkiness sometimes is difficult, but I realize that is necessary in order to provide the degree of protection that I need in my line of work. I would like to purchase a lighter weight version at some point in time to switch to use when I am not in situation needing extreme protection, such as in meetings and traveling, etc.

In the beginning until we figured out the issue, it was covering a sensor at the top of the phone and my phone wasn't working properly.
Otter replaced the case with a new one and it works perfectly now.
It is tough, it is big and I trust it, I love the case.

I got an OtterBox for Christmas, and had a slight issue with the silicon tearing. I notified OtterBox, and they sent me a replacement, no questions asked. I love this product, and I will not go anywhere else for a phone case. It has saved my phone from cartwheels across the parking lot, many falls off of beds, desks, and tables. I still yet to have a single scratch on my phone, all thanks to OtterBox!
