Just one drop

I tripped and my phone flew across the room. My screen is now completely broken and this was the first time I ever dropped my phone. Three layers of protection, yeah right. The inner plastic layer is so cheap and thing you can literally crush it with your bare hands. This product is not worth the cheap materials used to make it.
Cons: Low quality, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My phone was dropped from a 20 ft. tower on black top and worked like new with only a very little damage to the case only. Otter box sent me a new case at no cost. Great company.

The case is wonderful. But the belt clip is very poor design. The phone does not fit very snug in the belt clip. The phone has room to move. And the part that snaps onto the phone doesnt have a long enough hook for it to stay snapped onto the phone. My phone has fell out of the belt clip several times. My boyfriend has an otter box for his new iphone 5 and the belt clip on that one is made much better, than the one made for galaxy s4. Long story short. The case is wonderful, But the belt clip is very terrible!!!! I hope they improve the belt clip because the galaxy s4 is to big to put in your pocket!!!!!!!!

I have more peace of mind with it on my phone. It does make the phone more bulky but I actually like the weight it adds. It feels more solid in my hands.
The only gripe I have is that the glare from the screen protector makes it difficult (well basically impossible) to see the screen outdoors with sunlight. Definitely not good when you want to take a picture or check your messages at the bus stop. Dust also gets under the screen protector sometimes, so every once in a while you would need to take it off and give it a wipe.
But overall, it's great for someone who typically drops their phone a lot (like me) and for anyone who wants the peace of mind knowing their very expensive phones are safe from accidents! :)

1st time with a phone this big, needed a case that's rugged. I also hunt and needed a case to blend in. Great job with this one. If you make a nylon case in camo to attaché to your belt, that velcrows I would be interested in it as well.
