I have the otter box commuter series for my galaxy s4. I absolutley love the case the buttons are soft, and easy to press, also the case offers great protection!! I love my otterbox.

Love this case. Bought it as a set of course. My phone never has any problems, it's clear the case absorbs all of the shock. But in the case that I wanted to take it off, it's very difficult to do so.
Pros: High quality, Durable
Cons: difficult to remove

I feel that my Otterbox cover fits snugly, was easy to put on and operates as one would expect. My only concern, and one great enough to make me wish that I had not purchased it, is that the Commuter series is quite slippery. I have to concentrate to not drop it. I'm very careful with my phone, but I'm nervous when using it. The purple edge is OK, but the turquoise outer cover is slick.

Darker colors dont show dirt as much as the light

Otterbox is OUTSTANDING!! I have used their commuter cases on several phones with no issues. I am in the field alot and drop my phone out of my vest at least twice a month onto the pavement. Never been an issue. My wife has a Defender, with no issues. I did wear out the flap that covers my phone's charge port, but Otterbox FedExed me a new one with no worries.
I will always have one on my phone.

I used the flimsy case that came with my Galaxy S4 for four months before my son offered to buy me an Otter Box for Christmas. I liked the original case because it was slim and I could easily slip the phone in and out of my pockets. I chose the "Commuter" case because it was slim but provided adequate protection (I don't plan on dropping my phone in the water). The case was a little bigger than the old one I had but the slicker plastic made it easy to slip in and out of my pockets. I have a little trouble zipping it into the "phone" pocket on one of my pairs of pants but it fits just fine in the side pocket on my Carhart pants. I also dropped my phone once on concrete and was happy to see it harmlessly bounce with nary a scratch. I highly recommend the Commuter case for folks that need protection for routine mishaps (i.e. you aren't using your phone to hammer nails into your walls).
