hair tugging. lots of missed spots

Maybe its just my product specifically, but i have to go over spots an unusual amount of times and it keeps tugging at my beard. its a nice looking razor and the charge lasts a long time. ive been trying to get used to it since i bought it in Dec but i may just have to get rid of it at this point. .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

only one of the shaving heads worked as it should...........
the other ,only cut with one of the three cutting blades

Have used this for a little over 2 weeks now and only charged 1 time. Get very smooth shave with little pressure and no razor burn. Would recommend.

Poor performance

I purchase a new R4 about every year instead of replacing the rotary blades and head. This particular unit ran slower than the previous and doesn't hold a charge that well either. Shave closeness sufferred with slower rotary's. I gave up on unit after two weeks. I was so frustrated with the R4 that I purchased a competitors foil shaver (last foil shaver was 3 years ago) and am much happier with the shave closeness and required shave time.

I purchased one several yrs ago & it worked ' GREAT ' until the " latch ' for the old ' R-4 Shaver ' kept unsnapping while using the shaver !
This newer one seems to ' cut / shave ' a lot closer than the older one ever did !

Bought this 2 weeks ago. Charged for 24 hours like the manual said. Used it the first time and it worked poorly. Closeness was cr@p. Hair was still clearly visible. Once the battery died it would not recharge. Never been wet, over charged or under charged, Its simply defective. Remington have refused to replace it or refund me. If you are looking for a new electric razor don't waste your money on something the manufacturer wont even stand behind.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

However, if the rotary shaver is not giving a close shaver, we highly recommend switching to a Foil style shaver.
