We finally gave up on this refrigerator after 4 !/2 years. Ice maker hadn't worked for quite awhile and then the upper part of the unit wouldn't cool below 46 degrees (freezer still worked fine). My wife really liked it when everything worked, so we've purchased your 28 cu. ft. 4 door model and a five year warranty this time !

Big Disapointment from SAMSUNG

Bought this refrigerator last fall, barely a year old and already the ice maker gets frosted over and leaks and stops dispensing ice. Started doing this at month 7. It is also very slow at dispensing ice. Of course now we are out of warranty and I doubt they will do anything about it. I did hear there was a service bulletin out about an issue with these. Our last one was a Kenmore and it lasted over 15 years! Will never buy another Samsung appliance.

What a horror!!!!

How do I dislike it? Let me count the ways!!!! I received this fridge from my son as a gift 7 months ago. (8/23/18). Since that day, 1) the filter has had to be changed twice! 2) the refrigerator is way too cold (on the warmest setting available) it takes 3 - 4 days to thaw out a 12 oz casserole in the fridge!! 3) the bottom freezer drawer does not open out far enough to let me remove a package from the back. 4) the top shelf in the freezer is cumbersome and difficult to manage. 5) as I write this revue I am getting ready to attempt to join the clss action suit already filed (if I can) because the ice maker has failed! I wish my on had read the existing revues before he spent so much money on a piece of JUNK!! If I could rate it a negative 3 stars, I certainly would!!

Ice maker is junk

I bought this b/c I had a good experience with Samsung tv's. I also have a Samsung washer and was planning on replacing the other appliances as they stopped working with more Samsung products. However, I purchased this machine and have had non-stop issues with the ice maker. Purchased in 2013 and I'm on my second ice maker and I'm still having issues with it. I've also had an issue with the Twin Cooling feature which had ice buildup behind that. I would HIGHLY recommend looking at a different brand. I've looked it up online and there are MANY customers with the same issue and Samsung still has not offered a recall on it. Looks like I'll be going somewhere else for my stove and microwave when I replace those.

Horrible Finish

The refrigerator works fine and everything but the finish is so horrible my husband wants to get rid of it. We have no children, no pets, and yet it looks like it has been through a war. scratches and dents appear. Never have we had an appliance with such a horrible finish.
