Sad we chose this model

2 major issues. one is the drain line freezing up because the drain defroster piece of metal is inadequate. there are a lot of youtube videos about this. other is the ice maker. 2 years after purchasing, it cost ~$700 to replace it. a year after that, it failed again. constant defrosting issues with the ice maker. even repair man mentioned that putting the ice maker in the refrigerated section will always cause problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible Ice Maker

we bought this fridge a few years ago and have had nothing but problems with the ice make. it freezes over and it is constantly getting clogged. i always have to break the ice chunks off the top for it to start working again for a day if im lucky. if i would have read more of the review i never would have bought this model.

the refrigerator is attractive and the counter depth fit perfectly. however, the ice maker is loud and constantly needs to be defrosted! ice gets caught up in its compartment. i have to chip away the ice... that is after i struggle to get the unit out! then i repeat this fix every couple weeks. i wish i never bought this refrigerator. horrible! do not buy!

Love all but shelving

we have had this fridge about a year. everything works great onit. my husband uses the ice maker daily with no problems thus far. what i dont care for is the shelves and how you cant put larger items in without lying them down. (ie large bottle juice). other than that its a nice unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] really enjoy the 3 french door design, the freezer at the bottom makes it easy for my kids to grab things themselves. the only negative thing i have to say and nothing against the product is black stainless steel, i was unaware it's just paint so i don't care for the maintenance that this color needs. but overall great product

the ice maker has been serviced or repaired 4-5 times in the 3 years we have owned it. it used to freeze up and no ice. then there was a recall and the part finally fix it. now it leaks inside the fridge and each time you get ice. so furious with it!

Regrets with Purchase (Multiple Issues)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i've had this refrigerator for 4.5 years now...here are some of the issues i have:
1 - the refrigerator stainless steel is very soft, when it was delivered, there was already a slight dent on bottom of the door that i completely missed.
2 - the ice machine is really pathetic. barely makes ice consistently.
3 - the refrigerator temperature is so inconsistent. when it is fully stock, it fails to provide even temperatures. we've had to empty out the unit many times to try to rebalance / adjust temps properly.
finally this item looks great but performs poorly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A no go

had issues with ice maker since first month. tech fixed and said it was something blocking a line. problems continued. ice maker froze up so many times i eventually just turned it off. several years later the refrigerator was put into demo mode which allowed the ice maker to defrost just enough to start working. i realized it was freezing again, and it was unknowingly draining out the bottom of the fridge and caused our wood floors to warp. other than that this refrigerator has served fairly well. the cubic space is ample. the shelves, and doors work well. seals on the freezer split.
