Great Fridge, Could Use One Adjustment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has worked great for the six months we've had it. In that time, my only minor gripe is that the large drawer at the bottom has to have both doors open. I understand the reason, and understand that for many it's not a big deal (hence keeping the five stars), but I do wish there would be a way to open only part of it, or allow the user to customize it (lock two sliding drawers together or something). There is plenty of space. The shelves are customizable enough to make most items work. My short wife does not like the normal location we keep the butter (top of the door) being a bin, versus the flip-top lid that our previous fridge was. The freezer is spacious and has a tight seal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It works - not sure about support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a floor model and it turns out it was made in 2012! The screen is faded and there is no fitting on the end of the water connector. Had a tech out to take a look and he said that this is how it comes...just a tube. After checking the manual, it shows the fitting and it is labeled as “supplied”. Trying to have them come out again to address this as we cannot use the water or ice function.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Buyer Beware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful refrigerator, works fine. Annoyingly loud. This is a manufacturing defect of which Samsung is aware. I’m not certain it can be successfully fixed by a certified repair person. I did not discover this issue until it was out of warranty. I’m very disappointed.

BEAUTIFUL, EFFICIENT, BUT TROUBLESOME AT TIMES

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this fridge a few years ago. Overall it is beautfiul, well built, and spacious on the inside. The water dispenser delivers a somehwat slow, but always perfectly chilled, stream of purified water. The filters are just a little pricy but well worth their cost in my opinion. The taste of the water is excellent.
I have struggled quite a bit with the ice maker. Lots of trouble shooting involved with small plastic parts that could possibly break whilst trying to access the ice maker itself.
Overall I reccomend this fridge if you consider yourself a patient person. My entire household is comprised of Samsung products. I am very loyal to this brand and I believe you should be as well!
I would recommend this to a friend!
