Brilliant, Although...

I love it! This fridge is the most stylish and sassy one the market as of now. Samsung really put attention to detail with multiple shades of stainless steel accents, hidden door handles designed with chrome edges and unique 4 doors. If you want bells and whistles at a good price, check this one out. I've had it for 2.5 months now and so far I am extremely happy.
Although minor but could be major, one thing to keep in mind is accidentally opening the top left fridge door from the inside in lieu of the handle. Doing this can damage the hinge that fastens into place on the top of the fridge door. I tell my friends and family that come over to always open the door from the handle because it can be an easy oversight. Otherwise it's a perfect fridge!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color

Very poor icemaker, plastic drawers are flimsy

Even when the ice maker is working it only holds enough ice for 3 drinks. Unfortunately, it usually doesn't work. At just over a year the ice maker began to frost up and then instead of falling into the bin, ice would stick to the side of the ice maker. Now I need to chisel ice cubes off the side of the ice maker about once a week. It's difficult to get done and takes about 10 minutes. After I'm done I do my best to clean up all of the tiny pieces of ice but they always end up dripping down the inside of the door. About a quarter cup of water all over every product I keep in the door makes my fancy looking 2 year old fridge feel like junk. I've read the ice maker in this refrigerator has lots of problems and replacing it won't fix anything.
The drawers have already developed spiderweb cracks across them and from what I'm reading, they will soon fail and need to be replaced with new drawers that will also last just over a year.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, tiny ice maker, ice maker needs to be defrosted weekly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with your Refrigerator, SteveOrlando. It's possible that the frost in the bin, as well as the issue with ice and water dripping down the door is a result of it not sealing properly. Please check the leveling of the refrigerator to ensure the seal between the ice chute in the door and the opening to the ice maker is secure and that the flap at the entrance to the ice maker can close completely so warm air can't get in.

Great features but poor performance

I have had this fridge for little more than a year and have had multiple problems with the ice maker.
Have had to remove all items from the fridge to my basement fridge on 3 different occasions to power off, defrost for 48 hours. This is extremely inconvenient.
This week I called in service because the fridge is registering 38 degrees and the internal temp is only 62 degrees. have had 3 separate gallons of milk spoil 5 days befor expiration to make us think to put a thermometer inside to check temp.
So, I again am throwing out food to avoid a food bacteria born illness.
I hope others have better luck with this fridge. The concept is great, but not impressed with performance.

Love the flexibility of the convertible sections - fridge to freezer or vise versa

I love the flexibility and the size of this fridge for my large family . My complaint is the lack of ice. the ice maker is very temperamental and only works when it wants to. It may make ice for 3 days, then takes a few days off.

We love our new Samsung refrigerator. Especially the quite and replenishment of ice.

Looks great with dark sides. Blends in well to our cabinets.
The 3 doors work very smoothly.
The nickel coated finish blends in well with our modern kitchens.
Shelves and ice maker are designed technically well.
Ice makers is fast and quite.
The large slide out freezer is Hugh and very easy to move in and out.
The size of the unit, fits very well into the opening of our kitchen.
We also purchased Samsung washer and dryer.
They also are excellent and have all the latest features.
We just moved into our new home and the Samsun appliances
Fit in beautifully.
All our Samsung products. Three flat screen tv's. Washer and dryer.
And refrigerator are extremely high quality.
