I love this fridge and couldn't wait for it to be available for purchase. I like the fact that they've added back the egg bucket, BUT... I would have gladly given up the egg bucket for a deli drawer. There are 2 huge drawers on the bottom of the fridge; one I use for veggies and the other for fruits. I don't particularly like to have my fruits / veggies permeated w/scents/flavors from my spicy roast beef, cheeses, bolognas, etc. Due to the absence of a separate drawer for the deli items, I will have to purchase another sealed glass container for these items.
I would greatly appreciate it if Samsung offered "accessories" that could be purchased to configure the interior to the desire of the user. Hint! Hint! Offer a deli drawer that can be added!!!
Also, I really don't care for stainless steal. If that's all I can have, then I would have preferred the same textured color from the sides to be on the front. This way, it hides finger prints!!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, egg bucket
Cons: no deli drawer, no textured front doors
I would recommend this to a friend!

ice maker freezes up and does not work; has failed 4 times . food in back of the refrigerator freezes samsung does not stand by their product.. thousands of similar reviews posted;

Poor Quality of the Finish

Bought this refrigerator in the Black Stainless finish. This finish scratches extremely easy and looks terrible since it shows the shiney stainless underneath. There is nothing that can be done about it. For the high price this appliance is at, this is a terrible value and will degrade the look of a new kitchen in a matter of days. All you have to do is brush against it as it's extremely fragile. We have no children in the house, just 2 adults and we care for our things. This is very disappointing considering we bought the matching gas range and dishwasher in the same finish and the dishwasher has a scratch too. I would not recommend any Samsung Black Stainless product. Garbage and a waste of hard earned money! Buyer beware!

Best performer for the price

I have had this refrigerator/freezer for over 18 months. A well built unit with great capacity and features. I find the the small chest type freezer on the bottom with french door fridge on top most convenient construction layout possible. I chose this unit after extensive comparison shopping and research, I am still very happy with my choice. The best choice for the price that I could find and I have not been disappointed in the least.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I made a big mistake buying this fridge.It leaks continuously and the ice maker jams up every other month. Do not buy this fridge.

Great fridge, but crummy ice maker is a deal breaker!

This refrigerator is beautiful and the design is great, but the ice maker is such a horrible pain that it makes me hate this appliance every day. You can set it to cubes, but it gives far more chips than cubes, taking a painfully noisy long time to grind them out, and then projectile vomiting many of them on to my very expensive wood floor, after which I have to spend time inspecting the entire area around it to retrieve the chips so that it doesn't leave water spots on my floor. You cant even shut it off and just retrieve the ice from inside because the ice is not easily accessible from inside. Then when it makes ice it sounds like a rock slide in my kitchen, wakes me up at night from all the way upstairs. I would love to love this gorgeous appliance, but the stupid, loud, messy chip maker makes me hate it every day. Sorry Samsung, I love your company, but your crummy ice maker is a deal breaker.
