Excellent Product

We love this refrigerator. We will have it built into the cabinetry in a few months, My wife has never liked the big freezer drawers in the typical French door models. She is very happy with the drawers and pull out shelves in the two lower compartments. We have found the deep door shelves to be easy to organize a large number of items. So far, my wife is using the convertible zone on the soft freeze setting. This refrigerator has anti-smug stainless steel finish. It really works!

Noisy Compressor

We got rid of our old refrigerator due to the noisy compressor, only to migrate into another freight train engine. New compressors are suppose to hum and to not sound like locomotive engine from a distance. If this Samsung refrigerator is sounding like this in 40 days, I wonder what it will so like in 120 months?
Pros: Bright display, nice design
Cons: Poor quality, too noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm sorry to hear your RF263BEAESR Refrigerator is noisier than you expected. Samsung's Digital Inverter Compressors are designed to be both quiet and efficient. If the unit isn't leveled properly, this could cause it to sound louder, so I would suggest checking the leveling first. Love this refrigerator

We were very impressed with the look and features in the store. We have been even more impressed with it in our home. The led lighting really brightens up the interior. The lower French doors caught my eye in the store and the veratiity of the bottom right side really makes a difference. Plenty of room and lots of features. What's not to love.

Cons: bit taller than normal

Had the fridge for about a year now and it has been a great buy. The only issue we had was the ice maker. Called service 3 times, first 2 tried to fox it over the phone, 3rd time a service man came out, Replaced some parts so I'm hoping it is fixed. That was only yesterday so we'll have to see. Glad we took out an extended warranty. Other than that we love the machine, great features and works great.
Cons: ice maker gave us problems for several months.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Everything about this new Samsung Refrigerator/Freezer, French Doors leaves us amazed. From the lighting, to the space, to the "sight" of what is there. It's just getting used to the newness; we feel so special with it. Thank you for a quality product like always.

This is my third samsung fridge second french door model.This is the only model that i am disappointed with.I is a bad design on the water/ice funtion key,you can't find it on the panel unless you have a light on because it is not back lit.The ice been keeps freezing shut and you cant get it out.The friged is very noisey when running and so is the ice maker.Sounds like someone is throwing the ice cubes in the storge bin.The other two samsung fridges which are different models that i own you you cant here run nor hear the ice maker when in operation.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing Refrigerator

I have had this refrigerator over six months now and I love it! I really like the flex option to have one of the food areas be a refrigerator or a freezer. 30 cu has given me more room than I'm able to use but when having a get together, it's perfect. If I could write one negative thing about the refrigerator, I would say when using the automatic water dispenser, it seems a little slow when filling my glass but that's searching hard to say something negative.
The unit is well worth the price. I have space, it looks great, nice features and so far it's reliable.
When the time comes to replace this unit, hopefully in 10 years, I'll definitely purchase another Samsung.

If your looking at this fridge but the price has you worried, remember this, you get what you pay for. If it's in your budget, you won't go wrong with this unit.

The adjustable shelves make easy storage for all size items. The light is very bright and illuminates the entire interior. Ice and water dispenser, as well as temperature settings are great. It makes the whole kitchen look new!
