We love our Samsung Fridge. It has so much space and I love the fold in shelves. We have a snack drawer not shown in this picture. We use it for deli products and snacks for the kids. This is great when making lunches in the morning. We are so glad we spent the extra money to get what we want! It is truly with it, considering the life of the product. We will be using it for so many years!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, deli drawer, great layout

The Vertical Hinged Section on the fixed door is to low to engage the closing mechanism. This is either a design or assembly issue and either way, neither the door nor the hinged section is adjustable to correct the problem.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

we had a side by side for nearly 20 yrs and it was starting to go. We saw this fridge on sale, read the reviews and so we bought one.. Great looking, quite and easy of use. I like the quick cool feature on both the fridge and freezer. Ice maker a little noisy at first but when the bucket gets half full

For many years I had a side by side refrigerator and I replaced it with this French door fridge last May. I like it that I can organize the food in fridge and freezer and I can see everything when I open the door. Very roomy and plenty room

Great overall, but there are a few issues.

Overall this fridge is great, but I've come across a few issues with it. The biggest one is the ice maker; it makes ice a little too well, freezing up solid. This then requires either unplugging the fridge for 2-3 days to let the ice melt out, or if you actually use your fridge to store food, it requires the destruction of the old ice maker in order to install a new one that is not clogged with ice. Another minor issue I've had is that there is not room enough to place a 2 liter soda bottle upright on the shelves without removing some of them. There is room in the right door for sodas, but only if it's not already full with other similarly tall items. Lastly, it's overall height is about an inch too tall. I had to remove a cabinet from my kitchen in order to make room for this fridge. Aside from these issues, the fridge performs wonderfully. The lighting is great, I can see things in the back of the fridge even when it's packed full.
Pros: Bright display, lighting, flexible cooling zone
Cons: Too big, ice maker

It has everything I've wanted---adjustable shelving, love the flip up and sliding shelves! French doors make access so easy, and the refrigerator is wide enough for trays and wide dishes.
Ice and cold water on demand!
It is not necessary to get down on the knees to replace the water filter--a wonderful thing at my advanced age. The open door alarm will be great when grandkids visit.
I haven't had the refrigerator long enough to give it over-the-top reviews.
