What a Fridge

This is the best refrigerator that we've owned (this is number 4 in our 40 years of marriage). The features are above par and the saying "It just works" applies. Being able to change the lower right section from freezer to refrigerator is a feature that we have used as we don't need a large freezer most of the time.
Pros: it just works

Great flexibility

The convertible space is great to increase flexibility of storage. I use the convertible space as extra refrigerator space in the warmer months when the kitchen is too warm to leave much on the counter and as freezer space in the fall and winter when I am freezing harvested vegetables or treats and roasts for the holidays.

This is a nice refrigerator on the outside, but not as practical to use, space seems very limited. I have had this refrigerator for 4 months and there seems to be a flaw with the ice maker. It was rebuilt a month ago and the problem has started again. If I have the opportunity to change, I will. It was an upgrade to the package I bought, wish I didn't. The rest of my Samsung appliances and electronics were great purchases.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love,love, my fridge, just returned a less than a month old stainless fridge for this one. Had to pay a little for it but its was worth it. I Was attracted to it when I first saw it. It's clean , and sleek lines ! Love it....
Pros: it's modern look, less cleaning

Huge Refrigerator !

Bought this refrigerator and had it professionally delivered. My home was built in 1968 so I'm not sure if the doorways were smaller in those days, but we had to remove 2 doors to get the refrigerator into the kitchen. Once in place, it was very easy to hook up the ice maker water line and plug it in. It didn't take 24 hours to cool which was great because my old fridge was already not cooling very well. I have reconfigured the shelves multiple times already to get the most space out of the inside. Very easy to move around, flip up, and slid out. I really enjoy all my drinks in the freezer/refrigerator convertable section on the bottom right. I just have to get used to opening the door with no outer handle and keeping a towel close to wipe off the finger prints. Great refigerator - I've had tons of compliments. Thanks Samsung!

Cons: ice maker takes too long to dispense ice cubes
