this is at best an average refrig

in less than 2 months, the fan had to be replaced, the ice maker doesn't working properly, etc
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good product so far. Only about a few weeks. Quiet. Nice lighting. Everything works smoothly.

Missing feature

I like the overall model but wish there was a direct open ice bin in freezer to reach in for cubes. Also when I want cubes from outer door I get first water, then chips before full cubes. In addition , the stainless steel finish isn't stainless and needs constant attention. Thank you for asking, and if there's anything I should be doing please let me know.

We like the French doors of the refrigerator. Bottom freezer is convenient. Freezer drawer must be checked to make sure it is fully closed. Side panel should have been made in stainless steel.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display

I love the look. I like opening the two doors and able to see what I'm looking for. The only thing they could improve on the led lights on outside door panel. Where the writing is it should light up. It does not and its hard to see unless you put a light on and even then it's hard to read it. My old fridge had a night light where the water and ice came out which I liked very much. Wish these two things were on this fridge.
Pros: looks great, water filter in a good place
Cons: Did not meet expectations, writing on door panel should light up

Great appliance

We just remodeled our home, so we purchased this appliance to replace our older model. We are thrilled with the product, lots of space, everything stays really fresh and crisp. The water dispenser feature is lovely.

Ice maker freezes up continually

I really like the storage capacity for this fridge. Very nice looking. The cost is comparable to similar units. The reason I purchased this unit was for the Samsung Name. I have a kitchen full of Samsung appliances ..
I am very disappointed with the Ice dispenser. It continually freezes up, I have to put cups of warm water in the ice storage compartment in the refrigerator to thaw out the ice build up on the ice maker.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Poor quality, bad ice maker design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
