I hope that it is not luck for us, but we had a fridge for about 1week and absolutely love it. But having problem with uper left and right side lamps. We bought it on purpose, because the convertible area,and huge size. Recently, our old stand-alone freezer quit old, and it certainly was nice to take all soft drinks from the convertible compartment and place it in the freezer to save our frozen products. We did not get an extended warranty on it, though, because there are some bad experiences reported, if we will fiz this problem with Ice I am sure it will be the best one we ever have
Pros: Durable
Cons: Poor quality

The setup, storage and lighting is excellent. Very easy to see every area. Leftovers don't get pushed to the back and forgot about. The freezer has lots of room. Great value.

I wish the sides were black like the rest of the appliances in the set. Don't understand why you made it brown. The stove and microwave all have black trim, why not the refrigerator too?

Nice fridge

There's plenty of shelfing in this refrigerator however, I found that I had to take one out in order to fit larger items like milk and juice bottles. The size seemed appropiate for a family of 3 but I'm starting to think I need a larger capacity. The overall look is nice but the fingerprints can be a pain to always clean and wipe down.

Great fridge but didn't last long

This is a beautiful fridge with a great design and good features. The water dispenser is large enough to fill a pitcher. The slide out bottom freezer is a good size and allows you to store large items. The door pin at the top is nice because it's spring loaded and ensures both doors always close unlike other French door designs that have a hard stop pin that could allow the doors to stay open if not closed in the right order.
Only problem. Entire unit stopped cooling 3 months before 1 year mark. Samsung service providers didn't take the time to evaluate what was wrong and went through multiple cycles of "assessing" and ordering parts before determining there was an unrepairable leak in a coil. I was without a fridge that entire time. Don't know if this is a common issue with these new fridges but it wasn't caught during the first evaluation. Hopefully it doesn't happen with the new unit. Customer service puts you in the run around with no one really helping you and just pushing you off on to another service person. I usually buy Samsung but this has been the worst experience and it's a shame because this is a really nice fridge.

Prefect refrigerator for home. Flex is a great option

So far love the refrigerator. Did not get any issue so far. We like the flex option. Able to switch 1 container as freezer or fridge is really great. Have a good space as well. My wife is in awe of this fridge.
