Wife loved the new black stainless steel design. A lot of space to storage items. Only dislike no place designed to store butter. Otherwise great purchase.

Ice maker troubles and freezer burnt food.

I give this product 3 stars overall and that may be generous. 13 months after purchasing (1 month after factory warranty expired) the ice maker quit working. A fix that I will have to pay for out of pocket.
Also, the freezers are not very good for storing meat as it only takes a couple of weeks for freezer burn to set in.
Not what I was expecting out of such an expensive refridgerator!!!
Cons: Did not meet expectations, bad ice maker, freezer burnt food
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love all of it except the shelfs on the doors

I love this and am a true Samsung product lover from phone to TV's to washer & dryers, etc. I believe in paying the little bit extra for a great product that lasts. The only complaint I have on this is the storage areas on the doors. They are shaped oddly and its really hard to fit salad dressings etc. in them and I have to use a shelf for those.

Of all the appliances I ordered I was most worried about the refrigerator and I like it the best! My past experience with friend's new refrigerators was the ice makers were horrible and the water came out slow. My 20 year old refrigerator was great and I was worried my new one would be disappointing. However, I'm pleasantly pleased with how quickly ice and water is released. I've only had the unit a month but so far so good. I love the design and am thrilled to get away from a side by side refrigerator.

We love the finish and the easy adjustable shelves. It was really easy to set up and I had to remove the doors to get it in the house they were so easy to take off and put back.
