Frustrating

I own 2 of these refrigerators. One is in a vacation home and because I loved it so much, I bought one for my Home a few months later. Big mistake. The one in my home has had the same issue for almost 1 year. It was just 2 months out of warranty when it began. First of all, finding someone who will service this brand is almost impossible. I continue to get water which turns to ice under the wide pull out drawer. They have replaced one part 2 times and 2 additional parts which has not fixed the problem at all. I have had to reset the ice maker twice but still get ice buildup which shuts it down. We are seriously thinking of getting rid of this and replacing it with another brand. I have spent $800 trying to repair this. I own Samsung TVs, range and phones. I will need to think seriously about any further purchases from this company
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can tell how frustrated you are with this, I can make this right for you, when it comes to the leakage I would encourage you to check the water filter to see if it needs a replacement (https://bit.ly/2r21UoK), you can check if the unit is properly leveled to make sure the water line is aligned as well (https://bit.ly/2kczXGl).
Quick tip: You may also check pages 8 and 13 of your user manual which can give you helpful information as well.
If this cannot fix your inconvenience, please feel free to contact us via our live chat: https://bit.ly/2qLSIlI , Facebook or Twitter: @Samsungsupport, or you can call us at the 1-800-SAMSUNG. I am eager to hear from you soon.

Right side okay...flimsy plastic, may break with any pressure. Left side jokingly has shelves, but nothing even thin like salad dressing will fit. Total waste of space. Pretty machine, but not functional for space for more than two people. Will send back.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Bigcatc5,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate you letting us know that your Samsung refrigerator's coil freezes constantly, and the inside is tiny. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, especially since you just had it for 18 months. It's not the experience we want you to have with one of our products, and we'll be glad to look into this for you.
Attached is the link to the troubleshooting guide you can try when frost forms in the freezer or refrigerator. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01109344/
The link below contains information about the tips for an organized refrigerator, which may help with your concern that the inside is small. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084845/

I bought a house which came with this fridge and it is terrible. The ice maker is in the fridge, does not make enough ice, ice defrosts just enough to melt and refreeze the auger so ice will not come out. Fridge set on the coldest setting does not keep things cold enough, constantly throwing out milk and sour cream that go bad 12 days before expiry. There is ice build up in the back of the “ frost free” fridge and a giant puddle of water that forms under the deli tray. This is the second house that I have bought with this Samsung fridge and both have been total Garbage. In the last house I replaced the fridge and I will have to do the same in this house. I will not be buying a Samsung fridge as a replacement.

This refrigerator leaks (A LOT of water) down underneath the crispers and pantry drawer. We've had it repaired once, then about 5 months later the leaking started again. I believe it is due to the drain line freezing again. It seems there is no repair from Samsung other than to buy a new refrigerator or repeatedly thaw the line, but the problem keeps coming back and there is no permanent fix. When we decide to buy a new refrigerator we won't be buying a Samsung!

Horrible Ice Maker

The ice maker keeps freezing over and does not make ice. After many defrosting attempts the ice maker would make ice for a few days then stop again. Now the ice maker has completely stopped working. Not very good quality after only having this unit for about 18 months.
