Colossal piece of junk

Broke twice within the first year of ownership. First repair was done with genuine Samsung parts/contractors/approval - and it still broke. Made loud noises since day one. More flash than substance.

Bad Product

I think samsung should stick with making electronics. I bought this 25 cu ft french door refrigerator with ice maker soon as my warranty expired i started having problems with it had a technician over 6 time to my house and they cant not fix it everybody i talk to say the same thing about their appliances no good samsung.

Great fridge, one huge flaw, that is costing money

We have had this fridge for almost 2 years, it has amazing features and storage. There is one flaw that is becoming costly for us. The problem is the fan in the fridge is gathering ice and making noise. The repairman said there was a noted design flaw with 2 tubes near the fan both passing water at drastically different temperatures. This causes them to build up ice around them which makes the fan unstable, makes noise and causes the fan to run constantly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fancy only because the the app and WiFi

My old refrigerator broke got this one cause it’s very pretty and Hi-tech. It’s small on the inside can’t hold much food. I really do like the display and apps. 1. It’s hard to clean in between the cracks of the glass shelves. So it’s dirt stuck that I can’t get out. 2. With-in the first year the handle came off the freezer. 3. My ice maker needs to be replaced. I Only it for 1 year and 4 mo.

Expensive piece of trash!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we hate this refrigerator with a passion. the ice maker only works sometimes. when it does work, it leaks from the ice dispenser. when we get ice, a glob of water drops out first.
