I am so pleased with my new refrigerator. It has so much more room than my old side by side. I love the shelving options, the deli drawer, the deep freezer drawers, and the beautiful black stainless finish.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

The water and ice dispenser work really well. I no longer keep a Brita water filter pitcher in the refrigerator.

I'm a maintenance manager at large club of 3,500 members! We have a lot of fridges stand-up and walk in. The same with freezers! So after the few complaint noise that I just read I had to see what the problem causes the noise the same as others! So I took off the lower bottom back service cover about 7 screws and notice the clearance between the coils was about a 1/4 inch or less .So I could understand that during compressor run time the coils would barely touch the metal guard behind the coils ! So I pulled the coils toward the back of the fridge about a inch and the coils return at least a 1/2 inch and the don't touch the metal guard plate! Now it's as quite as a mouse. Love everything about the fridge. So if you can't do this small fix tell your service man! Enjoy

My wife and I choose this because of the outside finish (Black Stainless Steel), Samsung's reputation and a companion to our other Samsung kitchen appliances. Would have given it an excellent rating but a few things kept me from issuing one: Has a single dispenser for both Ice and water requiring you to touch a screen to change from ice to water and visa versa; inside shelves are difficult to adjust; and
Pros: appearance
Cons: expensive, outside surface scratches easily
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
