Not Designed Efficiently

we thought having a refrigerator this size would be perfect for our family because we downsized from a family of seven to a family of four. we were wrong.
even with reconfiguring the inside panels we were unable to create enough space for simple things like jugs of milk and leftover containers. there is little room for packaged fruit and prepacked lunches or food that is prepared for sunday dinner. plan to throw away food if you need to store casserole dishes or anything that must be stored overnight for dinner tge next day. the side compartments are oddly shaped and does not allow enough room for jars and condiments. the ice maker also leaks occassionally.the fridge could have been designed better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Design flaw

the ice maker on this fridge stopped working a long time ago. ice jams up and we've had problems with water pooling under the crisper drawers. recently came across a facebook page dedicated to issues just like ours. never again. design flaws with no accountability from the company

building up ice and condenser issues

all samsung fridges are worst fridge
and especially this model is the worst fridge
i defrosted many time and removed the ice many times but ice build very frequently and all the items in the fride were spoiled.

Do not purchase - ice maker is useless

I've never had more problems with an ice maker than I've had with this refrigerator. It is useless.

Horrible by far

honestly i do not even know where to begin with this fridge. the bottom ice maker is always bits and pieces, never a nice cube. the top ice make has never worked and can not even be removed for some reason. the water filter slot leaks into the bottom of the fridge, making it freeze, causing it to be impossible to pull out the bottom portion. the freezer does not open enough to be able to fully see the top shelf. honestly wouldn't sell this fridge to my worst enemy. the best part, can not afford to replace it for another 2 years, so were stuck with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Happy with this fridge

I have never owned a French door fridge before, but I am loving it. Especially with being tall, it is nice to have all of the fridge stuff so easily accessible. The water and ice works great and I have had no problems with it. My two concerns from reading reviews prior to purchase were the noise level that some complained about and the fact that the water/ice tray is so shallow. My kitchen is open to the main living space in my house and I have 0 concerns with the noise it makes. The only noise is the ice dropping when it is done, but if you have an ice maker you have heard this noise before. When the water line was first installed there was some dripping as some people mentioned, but that went away after a day. The water/ice tray is not a problem because I do not have drips or anything. The only negative to this fridge is the awkward door space on the side with the ice maker. I wish this could have been designed a little better, but it works for small condiments. I love the drawer in the bottom of the fridge. It was perfect for my Thanksgiving pies. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this fridge.

Samsung refrigerator 4 door with convert able zone

This Samsung refrig is one of the better refrig I have bought. In my 45 years marriage I have own 6 refrig and of the 6 this is one of the best. I appreciate Samsung follow up and personal service. This refrigerator is so spacious and well design. My wife and I really enjoy this and she give me accolades for the purchase all the time to friends and family. Great product.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, easy access

The Fridge is very large and is perfect for our family. Purchased in March 2014. The fridge is has been working great since purchase.
Pros: nice display, large bottom freezer drawers
Cons: finger marks
