Slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this phone for a couple months now. I have had a lot of LG slide or flip phones (never a smart phone) but this is the one I like the least. The slide out keyboard is the reason I picked it, but the buttons are very small and hard to get used to. The real problem is how slow it is! I do quite a lot of texting and the delay when you are typing is ridiculous. I will be through the sentence typing and the phone is still thinking about the first word. It is also very slow to scroll through the texts and the memory capacity for storing them it tiny!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unreliable and hard to use

The Cosmos 3's blue tooth had a range of about two feet and was unreliable even at that distance--unusable. The buttons are extremely small and hard to use. Returned the phone for a Revere 3 model.

GREAT starter phone

I have had this phone for around 2 months now, it has been very useful for me. I have dropped it 3 times and nothing happened, it landed face down and on it's back. There are some very minimal scratches on the screen though. Great 2 in screen has very good clarity. The 4 row QWERTY keyboard I think is the best! The two soft buttons help really good also! Speakers are good and so is the jack. The battery last about 2 and a half days (using internet). The internet is a sketchy software, you can't go on most websites because they are "untrusted". You can play music from the internal memory or the external, but you cannot play or take videos. That bummed me a little but overall I do reccomend this phone. :)
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Good Retro Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this phone before in the 2004-2005 with same carrier. I was not expecting to go back to it, but I am happy did get it. It was functional and worked as expected. It gets low on memory when too many text messages. I am disappointed the LG software or phone carrier software does not allow to connect to data network via USB or bluetooth tethering.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a good phone. It lacks space to do group messaging. It is good for calls. It does not connect to LG Suite. LG does not have the USB modem driver to use the data features of a phone plan.
Pros: easy to use

My wife and I each bought a Cosmo 3 within the last year and both are now broken. The slide feature on both easily became disconnected.

The phone has all the features I need plus an incredible battery life, I charge the phone once a week and runs from 5 to 7 days to reach the half full mark.

Worse phone I've ever owned
on April 10, 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this phone for less than six months and already it has problems texting. Buttons are too small for my fingers and I'm constantly hitting two keys at once. I know options for the handful of us out there that do not want a smart phone, but I highly recommend you do NOT purchase this model.
