Awful game!

Basically, this is an expansion pack of COD 4. Same multiplayer only ten thousand times worse. I loved COD 4 and went back to it immediately. COD WAW is glitchy, zombie mode is fun for like five minutes, and the campaign is nothing more than mediocre. Don't buy it.
What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Feels like an expansion pack, campaign, multiplayer is a rip-off of COD 4, zombies
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best game, but a few bads

This game looks great. The new weapons will be awesome to use and now that there is co-op, you don't have to play by yourself. Only one problem. Went back to World War-2. They should have done 2 more modern warfares then 3 futures. All in all this games looks great, but next time, make it modern of future war.
What's great about it: Co-op, new weapons, awsome grapics
What's not so great: World War 2
I would recommend this to a friend!

Even while playing the reg. game, it has glitches all over. Online is just as bad. glitches, bad grapics, bland levels. COD4 is way better and will be..
What's great about it: ww2 game
What's not so great: graphic/in-game and online, glitches, levels.

i rented this game and after 5 minutes i stopped playing and never played again. The overall game had terrible graphics and just wasnt fun. When i was playing the game i couldnt even see the people that i was trying to kill. Call of duty 4 is soooooo much better. I would not recommend buying this game for any reason cause it sucks! I was very dissapointed with this after cod4 which was a great game.
What's great about it: nothing
What's not so great: everything
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've played every shooter released this year and COD World at War just isn't up to snuff when compared to the superior graphics and gameplay of games like FarCry 2 & Gears of War 2. COD 4 was great a year ago, but it's a year later now and with COD World at War staying with last year's technology and going with OLDER WW2 weapons, it's just not as exciting as other current shooters. It only took me 8 hours to make it through the campaign and it was a grind because it has scripted A.I. spawning in the same places doing the same thing. FarCry 2 has UNSCRIPTED A.I. which means you never know what they are going to do, for example one time I snuck up on a enemy going to the bathroom in the woods and knifed him in the back. With FarCry 2's map editor giving you unlimited maps to play on, an 80 HOUR CAMPAIGN WITH UNSCRIPTED A.I. and the best graphics on any console, I just can't recommend spending money on COD World at War when there are much better games on the market.
What's great about it: Zombie Mode
What's not so great: Bad graphics in multiplayer, repetitive single player, old WW2 weapons
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everyone cheats online by glitching in and out of the maps, nothing has ever been fix, maps way to big, tanks are dumb. Call of Duty 4 is a way better game. Dont spend your money on this game.

What's not so great: Everything is bad
