Not COD4..But still a great game

First thing first. This game is not Call of Duty 4:Modern Warfare. It is however, a superb shooter with a decent campaign and the multi-player is just as fun as COD4. I play this more than COD4 now because I do think the multiplayer maps are better. The guns are decent, but people do use a lot of cheap tactics (ex. MP40 and juggernaut). But as you get better you realize there are many ways to counter the lesser skilled players. COD4 is definitely a better game. That doesnt take anything away from World at War though. WaW is still a great game with amazing visuals, voice work, and controls. I will continue to play this until Modern Warfare 2 is released at the end of this year.
What's great about it: Controls and Graphics
What's not so great: WW2 games are a dime a dozen
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dont get me wrong this is a very good game withy good graphics and great controls , but overall it is a step backwards for the series after the excellent COD4 .
This game gets a 8.4 in my book
What's great about it: The graphics and the controls
What's not so great: the gameplay is just not there like in cod 4
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't get me wrong this is a good game, I just like cod4 better. The campaign with 4 players online is really fun, still I like cod4s campaign better. The graphics are around the same, but Cod5 came out a year later so I expected more from the graphics. All and all it's a good game.
What's great about it: Fun to mess around on blank zombies
What's not so great: Graphics are not as good as cod 4, online not as good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

World at War

This first person shooter is the best game. It has the easiest controls and it is easy to get good at. The story missions are awesome. The multiplayer is the absolute best part about this game. This game would not be that good without multiplayer. The guns and perks are awesome while they added some new things.
Add ME!
What's great about it: This game is the best first person shooter game ever made. The multiplayer is so excellent and is easy to figure out.
What's not so great: Everything in multiplayer unlocks high in ranking. They need to have a gun or perk unlocked at each level like COD4
I would recommend this to a friend!

okay now that I have had this game for a few months and finished the story mode I can now write this review. First off I was to say that I am tired of people crying about game play and not being as good as cod 4 it is as good if not better but is much harder online and you really have to work for guns and perks, someone said that the tanks where hard to take down....when was the last time you walked in the front yard and took down a tank with a gernade and a msg...... I meen I understand the diffrence between new guns and old school guns but you have to have respect for the wonderfull job done here, the graphics are pretty sharp online and off the games hard to play just like living throgh a massave war would be and the voice actings good, to be honest its every thing i ever wanted in a fps ww2 game.
What's great about it: Game play, graphics, story, and the dude from 24
What's not so great: The story is harder then a rock
I would recommend this to a friend!

When i mean equal terms i mean COD WaW is just as fun if not a little better than COD 5. COD5 was an awsome game that i really enjoyed but COD WaW is just all around funner for instant you call an artillary strike instead of a airstrike. and at 7 kills you can call dogs onto the battle field thats just awsome. the online play is really smooth and fast paced and maps are amazing. plus i've always been a WW 2 fan, the guns are funner to use and the look of WW2 battle fields have always been funner to play on. the campaign is a little easy to beat unless ur on vet, than it's kind'a hard. and don't worry about the people who bash COD WaW they just either can't play good or they have no fighting skill. if you can think fast ur set. Oh and zombies is fun plus now they have a second map to play it on, if you have friend over thats the way to go.
What's great about it: Has evrything a gamer could want.
What's not so great: Zombies could be a bit better.
I would recommend this to a friend!
