i recomend no one should play this. do not by this game it is horrible. waste of money

as good as COD4

The good: Keither sutherland voice is spot on for this game. When you win a team match (as an american) what he says gives me goose bumps. Its fun to be German, Russian, Japanese and American characters!! I will only play zombie doing the day its gives me the creeps at night. The varity of perks are fun like bouncing betties, revive teammates (In team matches taking away a kill from the other team is cool). I played the complete campain in Co-op mode. I feel war is h e doube tooth pick when you go it alone. I play this more than COD4 and Halo3. In multiplayer after killling 3 of you own teammates your out! I like that feature.
What's great about it: zombie, voice acting, multiplayer
What's not so great: nothing
I would recommend this to a friend!

not the best game but if ur looking for a game tht ur only going to play every once in awhile get if ur going to play it everyday it gets really boring
What's great about it: fun multiplayer gets repetitive after awhile single player is borin
What's not so great: weapon choice and u have to unlock the sniper scopes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well, if you're into online play that is extremely intense, this is it. Every day, you can find over 120,000 people online playing in the various senarios.
Zombies are a great addition and gives you two games in one. Would love to see the zombie area increased, as well as adding vehicles to zombies.
What's great about it: Online Play
What's not so great: Nothing
I would recommend this to a friend!

to start off, this game seemd very much like modern warfare. it had alot of the same perks of cod4. thats not all bad though, the online play is still just as fun but it takes a little bit longer to get into games. the actual career mode was definitly one of the best of the cod's it had actual events and repercusions that actually happend in the past.
once you beat the game you also unlock whats called "n**i zombies"
this is probably one of my favorite parts of the game because co-op mode on it is a blast. whats better than killing zombies? killing zombies with your friends of course.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I believe that is is the best COD yet! the graphics, the gun selection, the different teams your on, 15 + long thrilling levels, and last but not least the bonus game! This game is creepy in its own way but it is the best game I have ever played! I strongly recommend this game!
What's great about it: This game is not only challenging but fun and entertaining. The thrill will keep you at the edge of your seat.
What's not so great: I do not like how in the bonus game the limit of people is 2 unless you are playing using X box live.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What can I say about CoD: WaW... The multiplayer is very fun and it will push you to get to level 65 and get all the weapons. The bad thing about the multiplayer is that many people use tanks which ruins the whole experience. The zombie mode is the only reason I bought the game because who doesn't like zombies? The graphics are the same as Modern Warfare 1 which means there will be no improvement on your gaming experience (if you are a veteran of CoD 4). The story is very challenging (I beat em all in veteran) and it is really fun. I love the flamethrower but it just overheats too fast. The bouncing betty gets me a lot of kills but it is overused. If you are reading this review and deciding if you should buy it...dont. When Modern Warfare 2 gets released in 5 months the population of World at War will be reduced (at least that's what I think).
What's great about it: Zombie Addon, Thrill, Gore
What's not so great: You get bored after 3-4 months, Spawning System, Tanks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome game. A little more blood and gore as compared to the previous COD games. Now units can get blown in half and body parts shot off. Good single player story. A couple of the Achievements were a pain to get but fun none the less.
What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: Nothing
