The ink I guess is fine although I still can't print and couldn't get anyone to help me. So now I bought a new printer for a little more than the cost of the ink I just bought from you. Have to find someone who can use this ink. The colors print fine but the black doesn't print.
The first of the cartridges is in the printer and it prints with gaps of white. Have tried reinstalling it twice. Directions do not include troubleshooting. This is not the first purchase or install. Have had HP printer for a few years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While it is great that you got the order in a timely manner, I'm so sorry that you had troubles with the first cartridge.
Usually printing problems like that are due to clogs in the printhead, not something wrong with the cartridge itself. You can run the cleaning routine from the printer's menu to clear out the clogs. It might need to be run more than once if the inkjets are badly clogged.
