[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a HP Printer and it is a great product. Easy to use, great quality printing and multiple functions. Easy to find ink cartridges too sns great prices.
Much too complicated to find assistance with a pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although set up was easy, after only 2 months the printing of black became streaked. Could not find the tools section to clean heads. Tried googling for instructions. Finally after searching for a couple of hours, found a site where the cleaning was done thru wi fi. There were still streaks after 2 cleanings. After a few more cleanings it does not print black at all. Previous to this, I had a HP printer for years without major problem.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So dependable during the pandemic when delivery was spotty. And no pesky messages on my monitor telling me the ink isn't genuine HP.
I bought this cartridge in early June. It printed about 4 pages and no it is out of ink. Every time I try to print, I get a blank page
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi,
I am sorry that you had this problem. If you checked the ink levels and found no ink, the cartridge could have been defective, or the maintenance routines might have caused this. A few drops of ink here and there are used to keep the inkjets cleared and ready for your next print job. Over a period of time, they can add up.
On the other hand, if you do have ink in the cartridge, it is probable that the printhead inside the printer is clogged and not allowing ink through to the paper. There is a cleaning routine available from the printer's menu used to clear them out. The routine might need to be run more than once to clean out the clogs completely.
To prevent these problems: - Turn the printer off when it is not being used - Always use the power button on the printer itself to turn your printer off. That gives it time to position the cartridge so it is protected from excessive drying, which leads to clogs.
