Unfortunately the cartridge I received is a bad one. It will not print. I have tried everything. Reseated it, cleaned it about 4 times, and wiped the print head down. It won't work and I don't have enough money to replace it again so soon. I wish I could afford one of the new printers that can be used with the program for sending replacement ink.

I am not sure why you said the regular cartridges were bigger than the XL cartridges. That should not be the case. I wonder if you got an XL cartridge from a third-party source.
