HP Black Ink 564 constantly clogging up printhead on my HP Photosmart 6520 AIO Printer. Only 10 attempts at trying to clean printhead that can not be removed and the cartridge was empty again. I have new cartridges that I wish to give away because I can not solve this problem and would have another save money. I will include the other color cartridges. They worked just fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your HP Black Ink 564 Cartridge. If you suspect you have received a non-original cartridge, please contact the seller. To resolve the issue, you can try cleaning the electrical contacts as shown in Step 3 http://hp.care/2qsfLG1. If this doesn’t resolve the error please contact HP Support for a replacement http://hp.care/2nbNQFi

over priced, some don't even function

Just got all new ink cartridges for my 3520, black won't work so printer for the most part still non-functional, nice HP!

I ordered this as the 564 xl is not available. It is the only one that will fit my printer and would love to have the xl version sometime soon.

I own an HP Pavilion Slimline and monitor with an HP Photosmart Plus printer and use only HP ink cartridges. I swear by HP. HP IS THE BEST!!
