I bought this replacement because my printer kept telling me that I had a fake (brand new) cartridge in there. Now with the new one, it is still telling me that and not printing, so either there is a glitch or you sent me a fake. I believe it's a glitch, but now I'm thinking about getting a new printer and it won't be an HP.
This 564 Original Ink Cartridge was too large; it did not fit in the slot assigned for the Blabk Ink, in my my Photosmart 7520 e-All In-One Series, Product No. CZ045-64--4. It is the second time that this error occurred in the past month.
I put the new cartridge in our printer, and, it doesn't work. I note on my Google search that this is a common problem with the 564 printers. I continue to do the things the search tells me such as cleaning the printer heads, printing a test sheet...no black. Pretty frustrating.
The ink always runs out way before it should. I get nowhere near the yield that's advertised. I'm stuck until I get a new printer and it won't be an HP
I had the black stop printing on my HP B210. There’re was still ink in cartridge but ordered new HP original callback cartridge anyway while I followed every step possible to clean the heads. Even with a new cartridge and multiple cleaning attempts and strategies employed I now have a large paperweight. I’ll be getting a new printer, unlikely to be an HP
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there,
I'm very sorry that the printer is not working for you. That must be frustrating.
It is likely that the printhead in the printer is badly clogged, if repeated cleanings don't clear the tiny nozzles, it should be replaced. Some models do have a printhead you can replace, or it could be sent in for repair.
