I am troubled by the fact that the above black ink photo cartridge could not be used with my
hp6525. Its incompatible. Why don't you make this info available so a person does have to
spend time and money on a part that cannot be used.

I have never had any issues with the product itself. The only thing is that I first bought the regular size and it didn't fit. It doesn't say anywhere that you have to buy only the XL size.

Cartridge did not work had to go out and buy another. Wasted three other color cartridge's (brand new) with trying alignment and cleaning procedures before I went out and purchased another (which worked immediately) 564 XL black. Have purchased quite a few cartridge's from you, and will never get from you again.

For my printer to work, it has to have this cartridge. If the cartridge is out, it won't even print a text only document. I thought it was a PHOTO cartridge? If you don't absolutely need this cartridge, don't purchase it!

Don't be a fool like me, trying to save money and time and buy ink cartridges from anyone else for your HP printer.
I tried an off brand, thinking I'd save money. No, I actually lost money because I had to throw them away because they didn't perform correctly.
I've learned my lesson now....always get HP ink cartridges if you want great photos/pictures for your HP printer. Now w/these, my print outs are perfect.
