All the 564 cartridges in the printer go dry without printing anthing. I've had to replaced cartridges after only printing a few pages over a couple months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You can find the warranty end date on the cartridge itself.
I installed the new cartridges and then had a great problem getting the printer to print. It was grey and the black did not show up. I don’t know why. It eventually printed color and black but goes out occasionally.
Bought this cartridge with a Black High Yield (564XL) as well. After installation the printer would not print out black color. Checked cartridge installation and noticed vents on new cartridges smaller than originals. Cleaned out vents as instructed by HP Printer Diagnostics. Printer still not working. Not sure if cartridges the issue or the printer, eventually bought new printer. Had no issue with previous cartridge purchase.

It isn't really clear what was happening, but I hope your new printer works well for you.
I’ve used other printer ink, just once as it was cheaper. Bad decision, HP provides quality product that I love and won’t change for a less expensive brand ever again.
I bought this a month ago and I am so glad I did! When I ordered 564 Ink Cartridges from your company it is of very high quality and your prices are very reasonable. I will definitely order from your company again.
