I have an HP 7525 printer. This printer cartridge was supposed to work in the machine but didn't. Please tell me how to return it and request one that fits.
I have no particular problem with the printing with the ink jets, bu I do have a problem that the ink has clogged my jets making my printer inoperable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi,
I'm sorry that you're having trouble printing right now, but I have high hopes that we can fix this fairly easily.
I'm going to take a guess that the printhead needs cleaning. If it does, that is a pretty easy process. Your printer should have an automatic routine to do that. Check the user guide, if you don't know how to start the cleaning.
If that helps, the printer might have been turned off using a power strip or switch. You should always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That will let the printer 'park' itself so that the printhead is protected from excess drying. That can cause clogs to form in the tiny nozzles that spray the ink onto the paper.
