Installed it myself 2 months ago and my wife and I are very pleased with the intuitive controls and layout, thorough cleaning and low noise.

very quiet but DOESN'T DRY

I bought this dishwasher to replace a twenty year old one. The old worked fine except the rubber was coming off racks and metal beneath was rusting. Got a great deal on new dishwasher so replaced it instead of just the racks. It is VERY QUIET BUT DOESN'T DRY dishes thoroughly. I have tried all the tips: running water until hot and using rinse aid to no avail. It does clean thoroughly, but I don't want to dry dishes - it seems like it is on air dry (it's not). So overall, I disappointed. I leave dishwasher open with towled dried dishes in it to all air dry. Very inconvenient!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good buy for the price

I bought this dishwasher to replace another Frigidaire I bought 13years ago. The handle mechanism on the older model cracked and finally fell off the appliance. The
New model does not have a handle, one of the reasons I choose it. The new model runs fairly quiet,does a great job on cleaning dishes and dries the dishes well. One feature that I miss is a "light load". I would recommend this appliance.
