Peaceful and thorough

Very quiet! Dishes always come out clean.
Not a fan of the non-licking door which confuse people if dishes are clean or dirty.
Only issue was had to replace lower rack due to some prongs rusting at base and falling off after just 3 months. Replaced by warranty free.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Frigidaire is like the Duracell Bunny!

After 20 years my Frigidaire dishwashers motor went up in smoke. In the 20 years of owning it I had a service man come out because the door spring broke. I first did my inquires on line and than proceeded to the store to take a closer look. I brought dishes/cups and glass wear with me to Menards to see how they will fit in the FGBD2438PW. The salesman laughed, for he never saw a person come in with dishes when shopping for a dishwasher. I would recommend this, for several good reasons. * Holds a large load. *It is quiet. * Great price. *Cleans nicely. I had many years of usage from my 20 year old Frigidaire and hope that this new one will last just as long

I've had this dishwasher for 2 months and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. At first, I didn't think the dishwasher was working properly because I could hardly hear it, but to my surprise the dishwasher just runs that quietly! The dishes come out very clean and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Love It!!!

I bought my Frigidaire dishwasher a month ago and I absolutely love it!! It has many great features, but the best one is how QUIET it runs!! My glassware and dishes come out sparkling and it is definitely a great value. I've owned several different brands of dishwashers over the years and, by far, this Frigidaire is the best I've had.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It smells awful

This is the third dishwasher I've had in this house, and this one ALWAYS smells like garbage. I've sent cleaner through it, bleach, nothing helps. I don't use it any differently than I've ever used a dishwasher before, and have never had this problem ANY other dishwasher. My husband is a plumber and installed it (he also installed the one we had prior) so I know it is installed correctly. Not sure why it always smells.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Turnerd! I hate to hear your dishwasher smells. I recommend viewing figure 5 of your installation guide. If you connect your dishwasher to a sink drain, entry will need to be above trap. Washes good, but stinks

This machine washes well, however if dishes are left in machine overnight and not washed get ready for a horrible smell when you open it in the morning. Our older dishwasher did not have this problem

Not happy

I bought this dishwasher a month ago and I have done everything it says to make it work better....using Finish and the correct detergent but every time I wash my dishes they come out wrong; either not clean or dried on detergent and the dishes don't dry, they finish too wet and if dishes are left sitting in dishwasher after cleaning they remain wet for days.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
