Lots of room...especially in the top rack

This is a great machine for every day family use...the top rack has so much room for glasses, cups and bowls. I wish that it had a little more power to clean pans, though. I actually cook and bake a lot and find that it doesn't do well if anything is the slightest bit stuck on pans.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Found that my machine's heating element warped and melted a hole in the bottom of the tub. Wondering how long this was going on unnoticed and if there is damage to my floor under the machine since water must be escaping.. :( Not very happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Will not dry well

We bought this dishwasher about 3 months ago it washes the dishes well but, will not dry properly. The dishes are so wet and I have to hand dry them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey snoopygirl1963, I understand that you feel that the dishwasher is not drying the dishes properly. I would recommend checking a few things before a new service provider is scheduled. Check and make sure the water coming in is at least 120 degrees, do you have heat dry cycle selected, and are you using rinse aid? I realize that as a consumer you feel that these are not reasons for your dishwasher to underperform. Over the last few years, Energy Star has issued stricter standards for water and energy usage which can increase the need for Rinse Aid to dry dishes. Thank you kindly, Jennifer
