Electromechanical Push Buttons have all fallen off

Electromechanical Push Buttons all fell off for the fan - can't use at all. Unable to figure out how to open the unit and try and fix. Very poor design and was not a cheap purchase. Looks great just wish it was actually functional!!

Great look and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range hood about a month ago and it has been a blessing. After years of not having a functional hood it is awesome to be able to use it to take vent steam and oven vapors. The lights are very bright. My only "complaint " would be that the highest setting is a little loud for my taste, but it is highly effective of clearing smells and steam. I have not needed to clean the filter yet.

3 buttons popped out

Can someone tell me what to do to stop the button from flying out of the unit? This is the best looking range for my kitchen specifications, but it’s malfunctioning. Not sure that I will use Frigidaire again in my next home.

Hood lights

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking hood although 3 days after it was installed, both lights burned out. Not about to have lights constantly burn out on a new unit. Shameful that this is a known defect and hasn't been addressed!!
