Button Issue and Filter specs

The Button on my Range hood has come off and has gone back in the belly of the range while trying to fix it. Maybe got tired and is resting in peace inside the Range hood. Great workmanship to create something where it belongs (the button). Now use a Chopstick to start the Range hood in first gear. Wanted to know if I can buy a replacement filter and the specs of it. Please provide the above info the great Online Outreach specialist if possible as the filter is getting flimsy and ready to rest in peace too soon.

Faulty Buttons

The buttons have all popped off into the vent hood. I cannot open the hood to retrieve them, nor are they available to purchase. We are stuck with a vent that cannot be turned on.
