complete garbage, the filters are expensive and hard to fine, the low and medium button broke after 2 years. not worth the hassle

Same problem as everyone else, buttons fall into unit, cannot be recovered, repaired, or replaced

Need second replacement for same faulty button issue.

I have had to already replace this hood once and it looks like I will have to replace the second one due to the button issues. With the first one it was just one button and with the second one all 3 buttons are now out.

Buttons Fall Off Easily

I like everybody else hate this product because the fan buttons fall off and get lost inside the holes of the front panel and are impossible to retrieve. There's no easy way to get access to the inside of the front button panel to replace or fix it so this hood range becomes garbage much sooner than you'd expect!
