The guy was nice he did everything in a rush tho. I felt like i was being rushed when i asked questions. He did a decent job but could have been a little more better. Did not clean up at all which he has to do and he did not hide the wire as best as he could. If you dont know how to cut speaker wires and connect them to the speaker then you should do it. But if you know how dont get it, it is a waste of money . the thing that made me mad was that he was rushing and did not care about placing the speaker and all the things that would help the quality It sucks dont do it go for the 300 and up one or get magnolia audio guys to do it.
What's great about it: For first time home theater people that dont know anything about home theater.
What's not so great: the guy was in a rush and did not take much time teaching me how to use my system.

Shane & His Partner (sorry i am not good with names, and shane gave his card that is the only reason i remember it lol) came out to my house, called first and were so awesome i could'nt belive it. with moving to my new home and my husband being away i have had several service people working with me and i honestly thought souther hospitality and good service did not exsist any more. and then these guys knocked at my door! there were friendly, clean, tidy, fast paced, friendly to my pets and myself, talkative, and they were more picky about how the tv looked than me!! then at the end when they were cleaning up they talked me through what i should and should'nt do when moving my tv, i had it mounted on a full motion mount. so i just wanna say guys, you guys are the best!! and i would recommend the Geek Squad to anyone!! i am very happy! and i have free service calls for a year on the mounting! waahoo! love it! God Bless! thanks for installing my tv and my x box and my cable! GREAT JOB!
What's great about it: friendly, clean & tidy, fast, helpful, stellar service!
What's not so great: 2 weeks to get an appointment, but hey? these guys are the best so they are busy!! :)
