?how to replace oven racks

I was able to take out racks easily, but can't get them back in oven.

Oh no! I can certainly understand how frustrating this can be, Csea. To replace the rack, simply fit the rack onto the guides on the oven walls. Tilt the front of the rack upward and slide the rack back into place. Hope this helps! -Jennifer

Poorly made stove

The top of the stove flexes when touched. One burner does not sit flat so the pan rocks back and forth.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

With the cooktop flexing when you touch it, it may not be seated correctly on the base. Please refer to page 19 in your Owner’s Manual for the instructions for correctly raising and lowering the cooktop. Should you have any questions, please call our Customer Engagement Center at 877-435-3287 for assistance. The hours for the Customer Engagement Center are 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday 8am to 6pm EST. Your friendly Frigidaire lady, Ruth
