The Best Buy people taped the box before sending it to me!i have already called the customer care to return my item!The lady said that she is gonna send me a label so that I can go to the ups store to return it!But she never did that!this is my worst experience with Best Buy!This kind of products are never expected by Best Buy!

This is amazing, i really love it. I used to think that ipod's original headphones were awesome, until i test beats by dr dre studios!. I love them! Theres just a thing, the controltalk cable dont work with my ipod touch, But still beeing amazing headphones! I really recommend them

How Often Used:Daily
I was very excited to buy these based on reviews I read.....Then I actually used them and turned to disappointment almost immediately.
First thing I noticed was a constant hissing noise which after experimentation never goes away, it is a by-product of the noise cancelling. Even when music is playing it is noticceable if the volume is turned down, or when a song fades at end of track. Maybe Dr. Dre feels constant white noise is better than no noise???
Second thing, my songs sounded flat at home compared to the music I heard at the store on the Dr. Dre display. After a few days I realized anything with a lot of bass sounded good, but anything else sounded outright bad.
I thought something was wrong with the set i lucked out getting, until i read more reviews on-line, turns out the constant white noise and flat sounding music are "features" with Dr. Dre headphones.
Fortunately Best Buy took them back with no problem, and (after more research) I bought a much nicer set at the same store for the same money.
Funny thing, when I was doing the exchange, the employee helping me told me that Dr. Dre's get returned frequently for their "cool features", they also offered up that if I had kept them long enough i would have brought them back when they just flat out broke.
What's great about it: appearance
What's not so great: sound, constant hissing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best headphones out there BUT..

Ive had these for almost a year (11 months) and i forget how perfect they are when i use a different pair. You can REALLY hear the difference. One MAJOR drawback is the cord. Its extremely thin and my cat can bite it one time and the cord literally breaks in half. The material used to cover the wires is weak. Iv'e been through 4 cords already.
I would recommend this to a friend!
