In plugging in the new Beats headphones to charge them, I later unplugged them (the next day) and the charge immediately dissipated. I again plugged them in and later tried them - they did not charge at all. I tried it several times and the headphones never charged. I called Apple, returned the product to them, and they eventually sent working headphones.

Great sound with some side effects

2nd get studio looks great and build quality is super. Great sounding cans. Only problem I had was they are not so comfortable, lots of pressure on your skull amd and they are heavy compared to Bose. Active noice cancelling makes hiss sound.
