I have had zero issue with this product, it is amazing when it comes to the sound, bass treble and clarity of the music. I love the fact that they are wireless. I usually wear them when I work out and I can travel about 50 yards with out it getting a static connection.

These head phones on a airplane are terrible, very little difference if any.
I am very disappointed with the purchase and would not recommend them for any use because they do not cancel any outside noise that I can recognize.
