I bought this product in May of 2016, and I am not a hard user. I use it almost once a week and for one hour maximum. After 5 months, the ear pads start to release, i do not know if it's a kind of glue, but if it is, it's unglued. I m trying to reach them to use the warranty,

I purchased these for my son and was a bit concerned originally since they were not pristine new in the box. I have been very pleased, however, with both the quality as well as the price. Noise Cancellation is not quite Bose level, but it's not Bose pricing either. The sound is good for many different types of listening and you can comfortably wear these for hours.

Less than 6months old...Bought these and only used them a couple times. One day while traveling the sound wouldn't produce, I tried to restart my phone and I reset the headphones nothing worked and after they turned back on still with no music playing or being hooked up they started making a static and squealing noise really loud like they were about to blow. Took them back to Best Buy and pretty much told me I had wasted my $170 on nothing.
