I'm 41 years old. I listen to a wide range of music. I listen to music extremely loud. Groups like Pink Floyd-Pantera-OutKast(aquemini) sound amazing on these headphones. These headphones do not cut out at max volume. Once you slip these headphones over your head you will find them comfortable and outside noise is immediately reduced before you even start playing music. Once you start blasting "And Justice for All" by Metallica you will find these headphones are not just for hip-hop. Nirvana, Pear Jam, John Prine, The Doors, Neil Young, The Cure, N.W.A, and even Joni Mitchell sound crisp and clear at max volume. These headphones are durable with a great rechargeable battery that last nearly 20 hours per charge .

Is a great set of headphones my only complaint is at high volumes they are little crackly but if you have a iPhone or any I device you can put sound check and it will be perfect

No more stupid batteries, this is now rechargeable but what draw me to the new studios was the HUGE imprvement from the leak it previously had. The previous version had some serious leak problems, but the new studios fixed that. I can have my volume at 75% high at my gym and not disturb near by gymgoers. Huge improvement. I was never a beats fan but this definately made me join in the pool.

I tried many headphones for about a month, from Sony to Sennheisers etc... Although I liked the sound of the Monster DNA on ear headphones better, the style and fit of these Beats studio over ear were unmatched. Great mids and even the highs were excellent. I listen to a lot of Rock music and was really impressed with the overall experience quality and comfort. Noise canceling feature is nice. Easy on and off with just unplugging the cord and the carrying case is a nice bonus. Very pleased with my purchase.

I went from the Lebron Beats, Mixr, Wireless, & not the 2013 Studios. Arguable the best BEATS out. Love the snug fix to my head, don't have a problem with long hours of play. The noise cancelation is better than ever. Although, they may be overpriced they give you bang for the buck.
My main purpose for purchase is I hate to hear outside interference when listening to music through headphones. This is definitely the product to have to avoid that interference.

After owning this pair for 5 months, the speaker just broke off. I could understand if the headphones were abused, mishandled, etc... but they were handled with care. As an investment, the price paid for this brand, you would expect to have a quality product to last longer than 5 months before the speaker snapped off when placed on head. So very disappointed. Won't buy again. Overrated product sold with a celebrity endorsement isn't worth the money if you don't have quality and durability of the materials used to hold up to every day use.
