Bought for granddaughter$199 on sale. Had to return they don't work. Even exchange for set that was cheaper and were on sale for $100 duringChristmas. Would not give them to me for $100. A lot of them have been returned because they don't work. I have bought plenty from best buy recently. Not sure if I will continue.

Within one week, the headphones started to malfunction. If I turned the earpiece connector, or whatever it is called, but it turns the headphones on. If I do not have them in a certain direction and held perfectly still, the right ear phone will not work. This is not good. I do not think it is wise to purchase a product according to a person's name, rather I want a good product for my money. This is not a good product and it is at least $250 overpriced.

I bought them because of the sound quality... Then returned them because the noise canceling hissed a little when the music wasn't playing.... Turns out that's one of two main methods to cancel noise ... The other is pressure like the Bose . I bought the Bose and noise cancel was ok but music just wasn't as rich as beats... Also sound was not loud enough! But Bose has amazing noise cancel! So if you need noise canceling and you don't listen to loud music...Bose is what you want.. If music is most important and noise cancel is just a plus...Beats for sure! Really enjoying my beats.
