This is fine work by an outstanding artist. The blending of the orchestra and the guitar work of Mr. gilmour is phenominal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: A stunner from beginning to end. Done with style and precision.
What's not so great: Need to package just the dvd's in one set.
i wes completely blown away by this live cd set.. I just can't say enough, the live version of Echoes is unwordly, all the oldies are redone with style and incredible remixing, etc. Would recommend this set to anybody, it is undoubtedly the best live album I have heard since Live Rust, by Neil Young and Crazyhorse, ages ago. Especially liked the version of Astronomy Domine and Echoes, all the guitar is top notch, the band is tight, I could go on and on. Get a copy of this recording. You will not be dissapointed. I was blown away, and the addition of the orchestra smoothed out any rough edges.
Now I want the concert dvd, even just to see the performance of Astronomie Domine and Echoes. Guess I'll be saving up for that purchase.

What's great about it: Classic Gilmour sounds like pink floyd to me.
I am glad I purchased this album it turns out it is very good.
